GOMEZ RENTALS POLICY
Equipment rentals terms of rental agreement:Â
1) General rules:
- Children's safety depends upon your personal supervision and is absolutely required, as the lessee of the Gomez Rentals units, the safety of all adults and children is your responsibility.
- Gomez Rentals is not responsible for any kind of injury caused by any rented equipment from Gomez Rentals.Â
2) Lessee also represents and warrants the safe return of all Gomez Rentals equipment and hereby agrees to pay $20 dollars for each chair, $55 dollars for each table if not returned, or damaged beyond presentable use.Â
3) Release of Liability: the lessee shall be in charge of the Gomez Rentals units of operation and is fully responsible for its operation as well as returned of the Gomez Rentals units in good working order. Lessor and its employees is/are not responsible for injuries occurring to the lessee or to any other person using the Gomez Rentals units, and the Lessee further agrees to the lessor and its employees free and harmless against any injury or claims. Should legal action become necessary, the Lessee shall indemnify the lessor and its employees from/against any cost involving the use and return of Gomez Rentals units.
